Tiona RCL-69 is a rutile titanium dioxide pigment surface treatment, and use the chloride manufacturing patented technology. It is designed specifically for the plastics industry, and its particle size distribution and surface treatment have been optimized to produce high hiding power and tinting strength. Blue background with the product itself, applicable to all types of polymers. This product is a thermoplastic granulation / masterbatch process which has excellent dispersion and high pigment load. Organic surface treatment using a special application of the hydrophobic non-polar siloxane, help to reduce the accumulation of moisture during storage. In addition, the relatively strong because of its inertia, this additional processing can reduce the adverse effects such as heat discoloration or produce other undesirable taste.
